I am a spiritual seeker who is passionate about mind and body connection. I strongly believe that one's overall health is connected to  one's emotional well-being. 

My mission is to be of service to others - by providing assistance & support on their self-discovery journey and personal growth (on and off the mat) through yoga practice.
