Class Description

In Core Yoga, we focus on core exercises through yoga postures to build strength in our arms, legs and torsos! Core stability is key for proper alignment and balance in our asana practice. As such, a strong and stable core provides good posture, prevents injury, speeds rehabilitation from injury and improves performance in all types of sports. It is a yoga practice for all levels.

Upcoming Sessions

Cancellation Policy

You are able to cancel your class booking without any charges or loss of your Single Class up until twelve (12) hours prior to class commencement time for all classes. Should you not cancel class before this time, or simply not show up for the class, no refunds will be made.
