Class Description
This class is suitable for beginners as an introduction to yoga! A Hatha Yoga practice consists of holding static postures throughout the 60 minutes. This class is taught at a slower pace and with a greater emphasis on instructions to break down the postures step-by-step. Hence Hatha Yoga focuses on safe alignment and building a strong foundation for your practice.

Cancellation Policy
You are able to cancel your class booking without any charges or loss of your Single Class up until twelve (12) hours prior to class commencement time for all classes. Should you not cancel class before this time, or simply not show up for the class, no refunds will be made.
